At MOTHER ✸ ROOT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include all tags. Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend obtaining a receipt for your records to track the shipment's progress.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
